As a board-certified clinical nutritionist, I specialize in using food, supplements, and lifestyle interventions to promote healthy aging, as well as manage prediabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, and hypertension.

Consultations are offered online via a secure platform called Practice Better. Limited in-person appointments are also available in Bethesda, Maryland.

While we don’t currently accept insurance, I can provide a superbill which can be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement.

Initial Consultation

price: $250

The first stop for all new clients! This is the entry point for your nutrition journey. Using an extensive intake questionnaire and a 90-minute exploratory conversation, we’ll develop a road map for reaching your health goals. You’re encouraged to provide all testing such as blood work, DEXA scan results, and any functional tests you may have. Click below to book your initial consultation.

Follow-Up Options:

  1. Single Follow-Up Consultation ($125 for a 30-45 minute appointment)

Packages are highly recommended!

No client reaches their health goals in one session. In the initial consultation, you will learn a great deal — but most clients benefit from regular appointments. Nutrition takes time, just like meeting your fitness goals. Committing to biweekly appointments will improve accountability and keep you on the right path.

The 3-month package includes 6 appointments for a discounted price of $233 a month (Sessions should be used within 5 months.)

The 6-month package includes 12 appointments for a discounted price of $225 a month. (Session should be used within 9 months.)
